GED
The acronym GED stands for General Equivalency Diploma. The test is also referred as the General Educational Development exam. GED is a popular exam in the United States of America and devised for those people who couldn’t complete studies at high school level but have the capability to pass the high school exam. The paper on mathematics contains various queries regarding algebra, geometry, fractions and decimals. While to check the writing skill of the candidates they are asked to write essay on a given topic. Thus the GED exam measures the level of competence of the candidates regarding general knowledge about basic sciences and also checks their thinking skills. That is why the test is regarded as a comprehensive exam and much attention is needed by the candidates to pass this exam. According to various survey reports only 60% candidates pass the exam of GED.
